The principal vineyards for this wine are surrounded by fruit orchards, along the Naramata Bench. This is the ultimate “terroir” influence – contributing peach, nectarine, and apple characteristics. Each block was harvested in the early morning and given 2-4 hours skin contact, adding bright flavour and body to the mid-palate. Slow, cool fermentation preserved and enhanced the fresh fruit aromas and the sugar, acid, and alcohol are in perfect balance with a mouth watering finish.
