Opens with black raspberry and notes of clove and espresso which interweave with black current and a touch of cardamom on the palate. Elegant fine-grained tannins lead into a juicy, powerful finish.
About this wine
Planted in 2001 in our in our own Hidden Valley Vineyard, a bowl shaped valley behind the winery on Naramata Road. Our warmest season ever created deep dark fruit flavours with robust but elegant tannins.
