Our Heritage…
Hillside was founded in 1979 by a woman very much ahead of her time, Vera Klokocka, who had just emigrated from Czechoslovakia. The vineyard was planted in 1984 and now has the oldest Muscat and Gamay vines in Canada.

An homage to our history and our land. The Heritage Series includes varieties that display more nuanced flavours and characteristics inherent to the Naramata Bench. Each wine holds a story, and hints at a sense of place.
